I'm not entirely sure, I don't think they can stop you from getting married, but I'm not sure. They're not in favor of it from what I've heard, that's why my husband and I decided to get married before he left for Great Lakes. Now I'm going to be moving out with him once he starts A School.

Anyone know if my fiancé and I will be able to get married while he's still in training in CT do I can move there with him? All of his training will be in Groton, and I'm pretty sure it will be over 6 months. I would appreciate any advice or your personal experiences with this.

My husband just left for GL on 3/22, already know that after that he's headed for Connecticut!

Yes, I kinda said everything on the other page to you lol but it'll be about 2-3 weeks before you receive anything from him and it's a pain in the tooshie, but once you receive the mail you will be so happy. With my boyfriend they got to write the first Sunday they were there but the RDCs did not send them out for about 3 weeks so you may receive more than one letter. They write every Sunday if they are good, writing is like a privilege for them and so is receiving mail. If they are bad, they wont get any mail that week.

My boy friend is still on RTC, but has been told his job will be on a submarine. Is this what you're looking for?
