This is the location of the post office we’ve used to send important mail to KC so that it would be received within a week’s time. Sending mail through his military address would take two or more weeks even while in homeport. We do not often send mail by General Delivery as to not take advantage of the Post Office and it doesn’t make sense for him to open up a p.o. box when you don’t know how long they will be in port. General Delivery pick-up is at 1:30pm.

I have not sent shawn any more mail while they are out..Cause it seems to take like 3+ weeks and well ya all know..the timing now...well its not worth it..

Well, I have one more box to send out to KC and the last pkg/cards I've sent him took only a couple of weeks time. My friend just sent him a pkg and I should have mine ready to send out before this week is over.

oh okay, but that p.o. address is only while they are in homeport. if we need kc to receive mail immediately we will use the post office instead of his mil addy which takes weeks before he receives anything.
