Good Morning All . . . today is the first day of wrestling practice for Eric's team:)!
There's still one more week of varsity football (and they'll find out Friday whether they'll go to the playoffs) . . . Only a few kids that are varsity tho' - the rest were JV/Freshmen, so he's expecting a good turn out:)!

Hey Ladies! Can't believe it is already wrestling camp time for us! We have a couple of camps that we host here on our island. I get to be in charge of the fun day....so much better then kitchen clean up ;o) Can't wait!!

Lora . . . that's GREAT:)! And what a FUN place for a meet:)!
Eric's been having practices M, W and F (after football practice) . . . he's finding that he'll have the upper weight classes filled this coming year, but he's a bit worried about the 'little' guys . . . his smallest will probably be 125!

We went down to Disney for the Scholastic Duals and had a great time. The team wasnt so hot but the boys had a blast and Vinnie went 8-3.

What an emotional weekend. My sophmore went 2-2 at the district tournament. I was so proud.He will not go to state this year but had a great showing. He went out the round before placement. My college junior place 4th and qualified for the national ncaa division II tournament. I am trying to book my flight to go watch. I am so proud of both of the boys.

My eleven year old nephew had a tourament today & took first place. He said he did it for my son & asked me to call him so he could tell him. Talk about bring tears to my eyes. especialy because I had a hard time getting out of bed this morning. Sometimes I just feel like there is no reason to get up when I dont have work. I guess I am just missing my son a bit more today.

Ernesto's a senior (I think this was only his second year tho') . . . the team only had 6 seniors and 3 were first year wrestlers! I'm so pleased that Eric is really 'growing' a team . . . he had about 24-26 kids - way up from the 20 or so they had last year:)!
