Hi Linda and Margaret! My husband just moved to Norfolk today and I will be visiting him in December and will officially be moving there in the summer when he gets back from deployment!

ehhhh so my husband was on med hold and took some leave beacuse my in-laws came down to fl from pa and they took my kids and husband to orlando and i was going to meet them there on sunday when i got done with work and stay for 3 days but....last night he got a call his orders are in and he has to come home today :( so not fair he should still be able to have leave then go to his orders!!! sometimes i hate the navy life!

Hey ladies! I haven't been on here for a while...thought I'd check in and see how everyone was doing. I also have a question about BAH. My hubby signed up for it in August and we have yet to get it. The first months rent we used our wedding money. but rent is due in about two weeks and if we dont get it on this pay i'm not sure what were going to do...I was just wondering if anyone else had this problem...or how long it took you to get your BAH once your sailor signed up for it.

hey ladies!
I havent been on here in ages..like months!
Just an update: Brian and I are doing amazing...(still no proposal yet) but thats okay. All my time is taken up with school, it's my last year of college YAY! and Brian is busy with work. he comes home for thanksgiving. so I'm happy because i'll also be on break. but he is going to spend most of the time with his family...which is soo over due! he misses home. And then in early 2010 he is leaving for deployment.

How is everyone else doing?
