Share 'Income tax help'

I received a call from my son this evening and he wants help with doing his income tax. He has never had to do this before. He said several of his friend's mom's have taken care of theirs and could I do his. I asked him if he received his W-2's and he said no. He thought they were going to be given out last week but he did not get one. He is in Great Lakes. Advice and direction needed! Thanks Pat
