Good morning Ladies!!!
The weather today was nice it was 57 and sunny. Tomorrow rain and a high of 64. I can't say I am going to miss VA. This is our 3rd time here and I really just can't wait to leave.
I am sure they probably have bumped into each other. Yes in deed what a small world.
That is what my hubby is suppose to do when he gets in so hopefully we will get something. Thanks again for thinking of us.
I have to go and get dinner started fo rthe kids. Take care ladies. it was nice talking with you can't wait to meet you all.
Tim is suppose to have leave from the 26 of June until the 17 of July so hopefully we can make it to Washington before his leave expires.

Wow thatis a good deal but way to big for us. Yes we are coming to the Davis my husband is already on board and we will be moving over there when the kids are done with school. It is sad to leave good friends. I understand that.

- My name is Amy and I have been married to my husband this July for 20 years we have 3 children and a son in law. My oldest daughter Amber will be 20 this Oct and is currently at MSU in the pre vet program she is married to our son in law Sean who is currently waiting to pick up his MOS school in MS for the Marines. Tabitha is 15 and a freshmen in high school. She also plays football. She played for the high school this year and won every game she played in. We are hoping she continues with it when we get to our new duty station. My son Shane is 9 and in the 3rd grade and he wants to try soccer when we get there.

Brandon is still home and will leave to go back to the Davis later this week. He is working with a recuiter this week while he waits. Everyone on the Davist was great to him before he left the ship. - Hey Amy, I wished I'd known you a few months ago! My son and I were there visiting my girl for Christmas and there were a few days where we didn't have much to do as she opted to work to give time off to those with spouses and young children at home. One of her friends offered to drive us to Williamsburg for the outlet mall I think. I will pass the info about the free pass along as she loves amusement parks. Thank you so much!! - Amy, Newport News, Va is pretty close/right next door to Norfolk, right? My daughter is stationed in Norfolk. How long have you been in Virginia? We're from the Detroit area in Oakland County. So you're missing Michigan well, let's trade places. lol I'm not a fan of snow or cold weather. That's awesome that your oldest daughter is studying at MSU for pre vet and she's married too! Looks like you have a beautiful family too.

We have something for everyone here groups from boot camp moms to overseas moms and moms that like to scrap book. We have meet and greets to events that the moms set up to meet each other and have dinner or an outing. There are groups to help you with each and every step of this wonderful adventure that our children have chosen called the US Navy.
Please tell us about your sailor and what they have chosen to do in the navy and ohh yeah we LOVE pictures of everyone !!

Like you, I have been with my sailor for 17 years at this Navy life. We've been married for 15 yrs this May. I served two years in the Navy, this makes my 6th deployment and 7th duty station. I have three kids and I too am a BIG fan of the east coast, sense I was born and raised in PA.
