We’re so glad you’ve joined us! My name is Michelle (The Admin), but you can call me Elle. Just stopping by to say hello and share some of our community’s “Do’s and Dont’s”. Please click here and read them if you have not done so already. With that said, I hope you enjoy your time here, and if you have any questions/comments/concerns – send them my way! ☺

See how your schedule works out, but know that you are welcome if you can make it. This is such a wonderful place to be for support and encouragement. Be sure and go join Colorado Moms....we are just getting started and already the Moms that are aboard are absolutely amazing. There are one or two others from Greeley that are planning to come so you might want to carpool. Let me know more about Niki....when did she PIR and where is she stationed now? What is her job?
Take care and keep in touch!

Welcome to Navy 4 Moms, this is an exciting website and very informative... We would like to invite you to the Blue Candle Lighting event that occurs in your home anytime you wish to light a candle for your recruit sailor or the military in general. This is done to honor their service during the holidays, birthdays, special events or if you just want to. The Home for the Holidays/Blue Candle Moms also ask you join us in this group. This event and group has no special connections to "any one group" We are all Navy Moms, Wives, and we became Blue Candle Moms.... this included everyone on this website. Please come join us and share your stories and your lightings and your holidays with your child...this was done because some moms were not having their sailors home, and we are support group that can share feelings and fears. Annouce your child is coming home or the despair of knowing on certain holidays it is your sailor we light the candles for. To honor them for the service in the past present and future. To honor those that gave the Ultimate Sacrifice for our freedom. We celebrate the freedom to be Blue Candle Moms and the freedom to light our candles anytime we choose. Please think about our group and the Event and when responding tell where you lit your candle, and the reasons for your paticular lighting. the event will continue and once you rsvp come in anytime and update your lightings

Angie--looks like Niki is taking good care of you. Think about the gathering in January. It is wonderful to talk with people who know the things you feel and what we go through.

Welcome Aboard!!

We are glad that you found this site. It is a great place for information, inspiration, support and laughter. We have a Colorado Moms group and would love for you to join us. We are having a gathering in Arvada on Sunday, January 11th. If you are interested in coming you can find out more on the Events tab or Group tab.

What has Niki chosen to do in the Navy? I am always curious, how did you find out about Navy for Moms? If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. We can help you find the answers.

Have a Great Day!!
