- Hi, my name is Barbara my husband and I have two boy's in the Navy our first one Matty is in San Antonio, Tx. in M.A. school and doing so great!! Our other son Keith is leaving for B.T. in Great Lakes on Feb 17th. Although we have been through this before we know it is not going to be easy :( We are members of the M.A. mom's in S.A. and we will be in the group of his Div. as soon as we know what it is, so wish us luck this is the hardest part when they go to B.T.

- Barbara, how are you doing? I haven't talk to you in a while. Zack ask me about it the other day. I told that I haven't. So is Matty home? Zack did not get to graduate with him and the others. He was put back a week because of failing a test. I felt so bad for him. Good luck to you. Hope to hear from you soon.

Jeannie said… - Hi Barbara, Yes I am for sure going to the PIR I would not miss that for anything. I am so proud of T.J and all the others in the Navy. I heard PIR is just awesome! These weeks need to go a little faster though. I miss talking to T.J. I just can't wait until I get my first letter.

- Hi Barbara, Thanks for writting me back. I will go on that web site and check it out thanks! I did get T.J's address, the first one was for when he was at processing, then I got another one in the mail, so that confused me, so I went to the recruiters office and they just said he moved to another area after processing. So now I am writting to him at that address. Do they have enough space to store all of their mail? I have been sending T.J some mail everyday.

- Hi Barbara, I was just wondering, my son T.J left for G.L on 02-09 and i figured out that he would probably PIR on 04-10-09. Would that be right? I heard the first week is processing week then they actually start BC. I thought maybe you might know. I have been writting to T.J everyday, I miss him so much! That is really neat how you have both your boys in the Navy, I know you are super proud!
