Just a thought: for those sailors who will not have loved ones in attendance...
I like this idea. I will ask my Son at graduation. We just talked to him so we will ask him next time we see him.

My son made it home . He came in early this evening. Tomorrow we will try to locate his bag...I do not recommend DELTA...it has been one big hassle from the very beginning .....

My son's PIR was 9/11 and he left for Pensacola that afternoon. He was on hold for awhile but graduated on Dec 1. I can't remember how many weeks it all took but I can't remember them taking off for any holidays just one day for the hurricane watch…

- We just got a call from Dj he's in Pensacola, Fl also. He got there yesterday. We had a great time in Waukegan with him. Only problem was it was too short.
