I felt the same way. I am so glad we have our own little group.
It is really awesome to have other moms to talk with. How are you and your DEPPER doing ?
I noticed your posting on the IC group page and wanted to say hello and introduce myself. My son Billy is also an IC and left for bootcamp July last summer. He is now in San Diego attending C-Schools and once finished with the schools he will report to the destroyer USS Howard also based in S.D.
I wanted to let you know there is two IC groups on N4M's. The one you joined and another which I started back in Sept. When you have time, check out the other IC group also. Between the two groups you should be able to gain a wealth of information. I would also be happy to answer any questions you may have.
Best wishes to you, Jake and your family. Time will go by fast and March will be here before you know it. I'm so glad you will have the support of this site even before Jake leaves. My son was about 2 weeks into bootcamp when I joined.
