I'm married....
Have 5 children....
Have 11 grandchildren....
Live in a small rural community in East Tn...
I am an RN currently working in a doctor's office in my hometown and at Vanderbilt Children's Hospital in Nashville....
I enjoy taking photos of about anything....
I love taking long motorcycle trips, but sometimes a short ride will at least help me stay sane a little longer...
Also inherited a bassett hound named Watson and a chinchilla named Stitch from my sailor...

Hi Brenda, I hope your drive up there went smooth. I know how excited you guys are. I know the night before Jesse PIR I hardly slepped at all. Neither did Jesse ;) He fell asleep in the car later on in the day and I couldnt get enough looking at my boy...sailor. You all have a great time. You all are definitely in my thoughts...Big o smile!!

Brenda..there is some scuttlbutt on the comments board about 79 possibly having won the Captains Cup. Wouldn't that be awesome if it's true? I'm hoping for a call today..that would be sooo great. Although..if they do get calls by son might not want to stand in line and wait to call me..because he may actually decide he's already talked to me last week..LOL He sometimes works that way...LOL But if you hear from Jaime let me know.

Brenda..i didn't get my letter this week either. Guess he didn't have anything to say after the phone call..LOL Unfortunately, it looks like BS is going to be wed/thursday which is terrible since i will already be in chicago when the call comes and so will Kris..sure hope it's good news! Looks like a lot of the recruits got calls today...up through 77 anyway..perhaps we will get another call in the next day or two. I will be glad when this over..as I know the boys will too.

Brenda...Chris's letter yesterday said that the guys who where in bed (mine included) the day of the calls where told they would get a make up call on Monday, but they never got it. There was apparently atleast 20 of them. Have you received a letter this week?

Hi Brenda, Jesse had told me when he was in BC his Div. walked that 2 miles being told they were going to get a call and then while they were waiting they were told "No" I didnt know about it until a week or so later when he wrote me about that. They were all so dispointed and didnt know why they had changed there minds. Brenda have you made reservations yet? Me and Jesse were talking about that last week when we were talking him back to Meridian that it was about time you got your info package about the PIR. Oh Brenda it's going to be so awesome. 15 more days..gosh!!

Just wanted to let you know that you aren't alone on the no call thing. Chris is division 079 also. The letter I received last week that was written on Dec 28th didn't say much because he said he was getting a call on Monday, but the call never came. I figure they lost call priveleges for some reason that day. Kris from our division received her call from Jon the Tuesday before xmas....but I'm not sure why we didn't receive one...could be they are dividing call days by last name alphabet. Just wanted you to know that you aren't alone...keep hoping.
