Hey! My name is Brittany, I'm not a Navy mom, but a girlfriend. I love this website because everyone on here is so helpful and it's my go to place to find answers to any of my questions. Right now my boyfriend is in A school at Great Lakes to become a Hospital Corpsman. I just did the whole boot camp thing, so if anyone has questions, feel free to ask. and i love making friends, so go ahead and add me <3

Hello. I was looking at postings and seen where you graduated from Northwest????? My son just did this past June. Now he is at GL and has PIR Sep 3. We live pretty close to the high school. How about you? Very nice pictures.

My son was sent to Bethesda/attached to Comfort in Sept. He's been on a ward at the hospital and really had no expectations of being able to be selected to go out during his time there. Apparently you can be attached and never actually go out on the Comfort before your duty station is changed. He feels honored that he's on the ship.

Hello ! I know it is a small world . I am happy for my son to that he knows his roommates. Of course my heart is a little sad because where he is going for more training. I know I am going to be okay ? I also look forward to our trip to Chicago soon . I cannot wait to see my son ? I talk to him almost every other night . He is really enjoying his classes. Does your boyfriend know where he is going after A-school ?

My son graduates March 27th. He may know Conner though. I'm sure he probably will get to know him if he doesn't yet cause they will be arriving around the same time. I will ask him about the barracks situation. Seems like he told me that he does know someone stationed there and he said he got permission to live off base and was getting a lot of money for off base housing in his check.

Hey Brittany. My son is in corpsman school too and he just got his orders to Bethesda as well. I think that should be a great assignment. I have read alot about the USNS Comfort and I think that would be so much fun to be a part of. Maybe Stephen knows your boyfriend because he said two of his buddies are going with him from his class. When does he graduate?

No he is not going to a C school. He said when they picked their orders there weren't any C schools available. He didn't really want one anyways. He wants to wait until he resigns and take a C school for a sub corpsmen. I don't know what its called though.

Jason got his orders today. I'm moving to Pensacola, FLorida!!!!!!!! We have to be there by Feb. 25. He gradutates Feb. 20. Its gonna be crazy!!!!!
