When I heard “Navy,” I:
Was proud and encouraged it
From my experience with the Navy, the most important thing I learned was:
Don't worry . They aren't your baby anymore and if you've given them the knowledge to be the best they can be, they will do fine. It won't always be easy, but just be there to listen when they need "mom".
Through this Navy experience, I now believe:
It was positive and maturing. Our relationship has grown stronger.

Hello Cathy
Its really nice to meet another Lake Erie mom. Nash is really enjoying things in Hawaii so far and the experiences he has already had. Do you plan to visit Hawaii anytime soon? I would really like to one day - so expensive to fly there though. Nash's wife will be joining him soon but he is really worried about her being there alone while they are on deployment. I'm sure she will get to meet lots of other wives to keep her company. Thanks alot for responding to me and I'm sure you will hear from me again - I have tons of questions. SHerri
