Howell, where is your son coming from? I live about 45 minutes from O'Hare or is he flying out of Midway?
I do know the USO at O'Hare is open 24 hours a day (some of them aren't)
My daughter is driving home today!!! She just texted me and is on the road. She should be here in 12 hours!! yea!!!

Debbie, Wow Stephen is advancing fast! My daughter went to E3 in August and stated she would be eligable to test for E4 in March. What is your son's job code? My daughter is IT and based state side.

What brings me to tears is when the game is over, they all go to the sideline where the band is and sing. If you look behind them the opposing team is there too! What respect they are learning!

Visit with my sailor
We'll I got off the plain and she was waiting for me in her car. She drives like such a nut!! We made it safe here on base and she showed me around. Very nice! We went to dinner and then she had to go to work. :( well tomorrow we will have a great day sight seeing!!

- You can do either. It would be good if you sent them directly to the Chaplain, that way you can put a note in the box from you. I really want them to hear directly from as many Moms as possible. I don't want them to think that I did them (or many of them) all by myself.

My daughter graduated from Elgin High School in 2006. She's a bit older than some as she couldn't decide what she wanted to do after graduation. I would love to get together some time. I need all the support I can get right now.
I got my "kid in a box" today. When I got home from work it was waiting for me on the front porch. Wow that was fast. Only 2 days. I guess because we live so close is why it came so quickly. Reality is hitting. I am so very proud of her and now can't wait to get her address and her next phone call.
Let me know when you have some free time.
