About me:
I am a very proud mother of her sons decision to join the Navy.
I am here to support or represent my:
Peter
Stage of (Sailor’s) Navy Career?
Enlisted
When I heard “Navy,” I:
Was proud, Was relieved, Encouraged him/her
From my experience with the Navy, the most important thing I learned was:
My son has to grow up, the Navy can be looked at like an extension of a parent. He is learning to grow, with direction, during that awkward stage of life. He is learning respect, taking care of himself, and learning to work with others. I believe war or not, Military is the way to go, so a child can grow.
Through this Navy experience, I now believe:
Our relationship has grown stronger, This was a maturing experience, The Navy has a lot to offer, This was the best decision he/she could have made

Cindy,
Thank you so much for your input. I believe we also will have quite a few attending. If nothing else, the ones that might not make it inside, can at least see my daughter when the ceremony is over. Thanks again...

Welcome aboard!!

We are so glad that you are here! This is a great place to meet others that know exactly how you feel!
We have something for everyone here groups from boot camp moms to overseas moms and moms that like to scrap book. We have meet and greets to events that the moms set up to meet each other and have dinner or an outing. There are groups to help you with each and every step of this wonderful adventure that our children have chosen called the US Navy.

Please tell us about your sailor and what they have chosen to do in the navy and ohh yeah we LOVE pictures of everyone !!

Please let me know if you have any questions I can help you with.

Welcome Aboard! This is a great site for information, inspiration, support and laughter.

I love it when I come to a person's page to welcome them and invite them to the Colorado group and they are already a member!! Kudos to you!!

How did you find out about the site? I am always curious. There is alot of advertising out there now and it is obviously working. Where will Peter be heading after A school?

Hello Cindy, I asked in Corps. Moms when your son grads, but then I read your page!!! My husband grads from Corp. School that same day! There is only one class for that day, so that means they are in the same class! Do you have hotel resv. yet? I'm deff going and am leaving ohio on the 18.

Welcome Aboard N4M.

It is so wonderful you have joined us and I would like to invite you to come join the Colorado Moms group too. We just had our first statewide gathering on Jan. 11th and we had a blast. We are in the process of organizing smaller area get togethers in the next couple of months.

Pop in and tell us about your Sailor and yourself. This is a great group of moms that loves to support our Sailors and their families.

Hope to hear from you soon!!
