I just got an emial saying my photo's had been approved. I suspect that while I could see them, they were not officially up for you to see until the approval came through. I think you'll be able to see them now.

I finally figured out how to download photos. If you respond and go to my page, you'll be able to see a photo of the new daughter-in-law to be.

Matt had manditory study hours all through A school and even went to power school a week early (for which he was extremely grateful) to take a special math class. So far I think his GPA is about a 3.2 (much better than A school. I am sure Austin will do fine. It;s a hard adjustment with all the study. Matt still studies every night even though he is not required to (for the first time) . I think Chelsea is an incentive, They try to beat each others scores.

Tell Austin I asked about him. Congrats on passing A school. Matt has had a much easier time with power school than A school. Weel at least this grades are much better and has no manditory study hours now although he studies all the time .

Matt is now engaged to Chelsea and they are planning a early spring wedding right after power scholl and before prototype. She is from California so I thins the paln is to have a smail wedding in Kernersville. Hope Austin is doing well and enjoying powerschool.

Cindy, we are going to try to get together for dinner on Thursday, Oct. 8th at 5:30 or 6:00 p.m. at the Village Tavern near Hanes Mall. I hope you can join us. How is Austin? How was your trip to Goose Creek? For me it is so comforting to know our boys are there, not too far away and that it will be a long time before they deploy.

The graduation was beautiful. There were 60 graduates, Robert's class of MMs and another class of mixed ETs & EMs. The speeches were inspiring but short and the sailors were seated so they could enjoy it too. Not too many parents/relatives attended. I'm so glad we did. The ceremony is held in the classroom building so we could see a lot of the campus from there. The Villas are great, not fancy but very very clean and right on the base. We stayed there 2 nights and I highly recommend it. I'm so happy to have Robert at home.

I'm so glad Austin is doing well and that you will be going to visit him next weekend. We're staying at the Villas so I'll let you know what that's like. We are bringing Robert home with us for 10 days leave after his graduation. Maybe I'll get to see Austin! I would love to meet him. Take care and I'll let you know how it goes at graduation.
