When you get a minute there is a new member out there Barbara in Co whose son is DLI - learned Arabic and is deployed. It sounds like she was were you and Brett are right now. She lives in Boulder and just joined Colorado Moms tonight.
Hope Thanksgiving was wonderful for you - 16 days and counting for you - 17 for me. Can't come fast enough.

Are you going to try to go down on the concourse to meet him? I am debating about whether or not to try.

How is Brett doing and when is he coming home for Christmas?
Mike comes in at 2:30 pm on Dec. 20th and I will be perched and waiting to get my hands on him....I'm not excited or anything.:)
We are so glad that you are here! This is a great place to meet others that know exactly how you feel!
We have something for everyone here groups from boot camp moms to overseas moms and moms that like to scrap book. We have meet and greets to events that the moms set up to meet each other and have dinner or an outing. There are groups to help you with each and every step of this wonderful adventure that our children have chosen called the US Navy.
Please tell us about your sailor and what they have chosen to do in the navy and ohh yeah we LOVE pictures of everyone !!

Finally--I know someone BEFORE I clikc on their name to invite them to the Colorado Moms group. This is a banner day for me!! It was great to be able to chat with everyone on Sunday, thanks for coming.
