Hi Colleen, I wonder if your son left the same day as my son on the 25th of Nov. Glad to see someone from 076 Go.... 076!
I'm excited.. Just found the site. Would've been so awesome to have a group to hurry up and wait with. It was so hard not knowing anything.
Look forward to getting to know all the Mom's.
ConGrats to 076!

Hi Colleen,
Happy New Years!! Well, we are down to 3 weeks!!! I can't believe this Sunday will be 6 weeks since we said goodbye to Chris. It's gone pretty fast, so maybe 3 weeks will fly by!! Well, we saw my inlaws today, and they all got letters from Chris, he thanked them all for the Xmas cards they sent, they were happy to get them. So, let me know if you find out anything new and exciting I should know. Take Care, Charlene

Hi Colleen,
I'm glad you got a letter too! We will be making our reservations this weekend. Chris hasn't mentioned anything about shooting guns yet. I know he would love it, he has always been a little mesmerized (sp?) which is scary, but he loved his bb gun and my mom has a gun from my dad when he gets a little older/more responsible, my dad passed away in 93 he was only 53 he and Chris were very close for almost 5 years, Chris looks a lot like my dad. My dad was the only one with military background. He was in army reserves for years. That's sooo nice Mark wrote to his brothers. I would love for Chris to write to his brother and sister. We'll see, he is also telling us how much he is missing us, and I actually believe it!!! I am sure Chris would love a new phone too, I have his phone shut off right now, so I don't know what we'll do about that yet???? I can't wait to be able to call or text him though and hopefully get some kind of response in that day!! Sorry to hear you have that yucky cold, we've all had it around here, sure makes you feel crappy!! I have been eating soooo much junk, as I sit here with a box of See's Candy!!!!, that I should be sick! *** Did you notice anything about grad n go the other people are talking about? I know you said Mark was staying there, just don't quite understand????? Take Care, I'll talk to you soon. Charlene
