Should I plan on going to my son's A School graduation?
Hi folks! I know this is answered somewhere on N4M, but I can't find it. I did see some photos on here or Navy Dads of A School graduation. I don't want to be the bad parent that doesn't go if I should. (That already happened once w/ our Navy experience...My son told us none of the parents come to the swearing in. Needless to say we didn't go and we should have.) Thanks for your feedback. PS... My son is in Great Lakes for A School.

- Tim had told me that he was leaving for Norfolk today, but now he is leaving sometime tomorrow (Sunday). Not sure if I will make it to Ponzio's. It will depend on what time he pulls out. I look forward to meeting everyone tomorrow or some other day soon!

- Debbie, No problem about the weekend. Our sailors do come first! If you do get and hour or so to stop by we would love it! I still have to come up with a place and let you all know. I will keep you posted just the same! HooYah, that your sailor comes home!!!!!

- Debbie, So far it looks like the 15th could be a good day. We can pick just about anywhere close by as Annette is from Delran and I from Cherry Hill. I have one other mom too I want to contact and she is close too.

- Debbie, These weekends work for me, 2nd and 3rd weekends in November or first weekend in december. I think after that first one in december we would have to wait until January. If there is just a few of us real close to each other than we can do whatever really. An evening or Sunday is fine. Let me know if any of these days work for you. Thanks for responding. I would really like to meet some moms close by!

- Hey Debbie, I am finally back and somewhat in the swing of things again! Check out my pics on my page of my trip. It was pretty incredible. Anyhow, I still would like to pull together and meet and greet for our southern NJ moms. Are you still interested and do you think we have some time still before we get to involved with holiday stuff? I am going to throw out a few more notes to people and see what the interest would be. I will certainly invite all of our NJ moms, but I wanted to have something here closer to all of us. The more the merrier if some of our central and north nj moms attend too!

- Yea, they will be back in Dec. (can't say when) You never know they may fly him out. So it looks like our guys will hook up. Small world. We are from Jersey too. Bridgeton, a small town about 40 min out of Phila. Keep me posted about Tim.
