Jeremy hasn't been gone very long then. Have you gotten "the box" yet?
Hang in there. Thanksgiving and Christmas will be hard, I'm sure. My son won't be home for either, as he's now in Virginia and won't have enough leave to come home. I think he still could if he really wanted to, but I think he's enjoying his freedom out East. ;)
Take care!

I see you added me as a friend yesterday. Where is your son? Mine left today for MEPS and then tomorrow for boot. We'll be going down for his swear-in. I've been dreading this day forever but know it is what he wants. It's so hard because fo the holidays. Take care....Jill H.
Welcome to the Wisconsin Moms, what will your son be doing in the Navy?
My son is Damage Control,(firefighter), and also a visit, board, search, and seizure team member. He is on his 3rd deployment overseas. Please try to go to the graduation, it is an awsome experience. As much as you miss them they also miss you. They change so much just in boot camp, but after they are in for awhile you still notice some amazing changes. This is such a growing and maturing experience. Have a great Thanksgiving.
Pat
