- When I heard “Navy,” I:
- Was proud, Was relieved, Encouraged him/her
- From my experience with the Navy, the most important thing I learned was:
- Haven;t learned much yet and have questions - concerned about him getting in shape for basic - he goes to recruit training once a week and says he's fine
- Through this Navy experience, I now believe:
- Our relationship has grown stronger, This was a maturing experience, The Navy has a lot to offer, This was the best decision he/she could have made

- Hi Diane, Long time no hear. Glad to see Dan is doing well, John is on his first deployment. Should be back in Dec. I get an email a few times a week. He really likes it. Matt just finished school. Is on his way home for a long over due leave. I haven't see him in a year. But school is over and he will see his first ship in a few week. Both my guys got stationed in Virgina. So they are close to home when in port. Keep in touch.

- Yea, John is doing well, stayed in GL for A-school, so he just moved accrossed the street. We got to spend the whole weekend with him. We had a great time. Keep in touch ok. Our guys have a great life ahead of them. I really hope they enjoy it.

- From my understanding our guys are having BattleStations today. Did Dan say anything? I was looking for this to take place next week. But who knows. If so say a prayer.

- Morning Diane, Just a few days away. I can't beleive we will be on our way to GL next week. I really can't wait. I miss him so much. I'm staying at the Ramada this time. Cutting back in price this year. Are you at the Navy lodge? Are you going to Flannagins?
