How are you doing? I know we have met, I saw your pictures, I was also on the Columbus day float!! I was the mom with the walker.

I live in Poughkeepsie and my husband and I just returned from being on our son's ship for seven days returning from deployment. Our son spent a few days in Bahrain. I see you are signed up for the NYC gathering. There is some possibility that we may attend, also. Are you going down on the train or driving?
I think our kids have met. Michelle was somewhere on base and she said this guy says - hey I know you our Mom's talk on Navy4Mom's - LOL. She thought it was pretty funny. So by means of deduction (she said he was from NY and told me his last name - which begins with S - makes me think she met your son. She was in Bahrain for a week and was shipped to CA with about 12 sailors for additional training before her first assignment back in Bahrain. Lot of "frequent flyer miles" the past week!
i hope you are coming to NYC on Dec 13th. Karen is coming down from NH.
Just wanted 2 say Hi. How's George doing? I talked to Jason not long ago and he said he actually misses Bahrain. Want to wish u and your family a Happy Thanksgiving! Hope all is good with you.
