Profile Information

About me:
Mom of 4 boys, wife of 21 years.grandmother of 1 grand daughter age 9.I love to spoil her rotten and send her home.
2nd son( TJ) is 24 and hes in navy.He loves it and hes in the aviation field. We are so proud of our sailor ,he has gotten to see the world and the navy has shaped made him into a respectful,caring soldier.
He is offically a petty officer 3rd class.He has worked so hard to get that promotion.
He was in the sandbox for 8 months and hes back stateside.
I work at a elementary school as a teachers assitant.hobbies: NASCAR fan wouldn't miss a race Go jr,love to watch Cowboys and Longhorns ,like to read,swim and hang out with friends like to be out side,go places with my family.

From my experience with the Navy, the most important thing I learned was:
Go with the flow.When your sailor tells you they get to come home on leave don't get too excited until you actually see them .Navy has a way with changing orders at last minute.Every time they call pick up that phone and listen to everything they have to say.You never know when they will get deployed.
Through this Navy experience, I now believe:
It was positive and maturing. Our relationship has grown stronger.
