Dear Donna,
So he was put on Hold. Your probably right, after the holidays he'll start.
This happens all the time, being on Hold. Very rare, if a new Sailor starts
A School within a month after graduation. I wish him all the best, when he does start it.
How wonderful, he'll be home for Christmas!! That alone is a blessing. I'm so happy for you.

My daughter Kim was going to come home for Christmas, but plans changed. SHe's pregnant. I am so excited over this. The baby is due Jan 2. I told her, this is the best birthday /Christmas gift ever! HAHHA! My birthday is Christmas Eve. I'm going down to her on Dec 28, for a few weeks.

Let me get going. Please stay in touch.
Take care and God bless,
Barbara

Dear Donna,
Congratulations on your son's graduation!! Was that some ceremony!!!
I wish your son all the best in A School. Has he started it yet?
If he hasn't, not to worry, the Navy is famous for having the new Sailors be put on Hold, before classing up. It's common.

I hope to hear from you again. Happy Thanksgiving.
Take care and God bless,
Barbara

Dear Donna,
Thank God is wasn't anything serious. That's great, your son is back and doing good.
The recruits like these, fire training and gas chamber. Battlestation is the fianl test, it's a non stop action, all night , al all the emergency situation they were taught. The recruits love it, for some reason.

Josh will pass that with flying colors. It's very rare if anyone fails Battlestations. If they do, they get re-tested on Battlestation, before graduation.

Please stay in touch, I love sharing info on graduation,
Take care and God bless,
Barbara

Dear Donna,
How are you today? I hope all is well.
That's wonderful news to hear that Josh is doing well.. I'm so happy to hear that.
Just cuirous, what happened, that he had a 7 week delay, was he hurt? God forbid.

We have a few other moms from different branch's of the Military. I have't heard for them in a while though. These moms said the same thing, the other branch's don't have a website for moms.

Boot Camp especialy, is nerve wracking, the unkown with our babies. Bad enough the communciation is very limited as it is. I went through all this last year. Many moms here have helped me through Boot Camp.
This Navy for moms is like a piece of sanity!! HAHA!

Thank you for your compliment on my page. I moved in there! HHA! I'm like one of the fixtures ! HAHA! Next month, I'm going to see if I can get it to look like Christmas with red and green! HAHHA! Now it's the Fall/ harvest colors! HAHA!

You stay well. Please don't hesitate to write.
Take care and God bless,
Barbara

Der Donna,
How are you doing? This Navy for moms is such a blessing.
I see you joined the group PIR 11/6, I'm guessing that's your son's graduation date! HAAH!

He's fine and in good hands. You must have received your first letter from him, or will shortly. In case you haven't, I warn moms, that first letter sometimes is sad. If it is, don't panic, the letters do get more upliftig.

Once the recruits get into the rountine of Boot Camp and over being homesick, they like Boot Camp, beleive it or not.

You poor thing, you have another son in Army Boot Camp. I'll keep you in prayer for your sanity!! HAHA!

Please stay in contact with other Navy moms. I'm always around.
Together, we'll help you through Boot Camp...we haven't lost a mom yet.! HAHA!

Please don't hesistate to write.
Take care and God bless,
Barbara
