That's correct. After graduation he will have to check in, that takes about four-five hours, then he is free to go.

Hi! My son also is an EM in his third week in GC. Very busy, not time to be bored! I am visiting him this weekend, he says he is going to feel weird on civilian clothes after all this time.

Hi! Go to "Groups" tab and type what you are looking for in the search space. There are many support groups there and I am sure they have a couple for girlfriends.
They are not put to sleep first when wisdom teeth are pulled. My son had to stay in bed for 2 days, he bled a lot and he was given a very strong medicine for that and for the pain.
Hi! My daughter's fiancee traveled the same day to Pensacola, two hours after graduation he left for the airport.

- Hi, just wanted to tell you what happened with my daughter's boyfriend - he did end up going and he did get his own hotel - I got to know him a little better and he's not that bad of a guy and I was impressed that he did end of going - it was not a cheap trip and boy did he go through alot - he did not get a car rental so he had to wait about 5 hrs at the airport before he could get a bus into Gurnee and them wait another 3 hrs before he actully got to his hotel - poor guy felt bad for him - luckily his hotel was not far from the base and on the way to the base from our hotel so we just picked and dropped him off - my daughter was thrilled he was able to go!!

- Thank you so much for your opinion - I agree completely with you - I just wanted to know that i wasn't being a mean mom. I hope it does all work out - I sent him a text today to meet with me regarding her graduation - that was today at noon - i still have not heard from him - i'll give him til monday then i'll phone and i have don't hear back from him - then it's on me - i made the effort to contact him - i'll keep you posted.

- Hi, my name is Sandra and my daughter PIR is July 31. I need help - i see that you said your son's daughter was traveling with you. Is she staying in the same hotel room as you? My daughter's wants her boyfriend to come to her graduation, I have no probelem with that, Me, my younger daughter and sister and mom are all going to the graduation. My question is - is he suppose to stay in the same room with us? I like the guy but I think my daughter can do better. My daughter keeps writing to me to let him come, again I have no problem with that, but he has not contacted me about info - I'm sure my daughter has given him the date - but I don't know his financial situation, we our going up for 5 days - i don't know how long he wants to go for, help I just don't know what to do. I feel he's a grown man (22) he can make his own reservations - book his hotel room, or am i suppose to do all that for him? He can fly out with out -stay at the same hotel but I don't want him to share a room with us, again i don't know his financial situation. can i get your opinion - he's not a bad guy, but i see no ambition - was laid off from his job (couple of months ago) is not going to school - has been out of high school - what 4 yrs - my daughter has two years of junior college and now is doing the navy. get my drift - she even says she does'nt know if this will last.
