Loved the video about life aboard the destroyers. My son works in Communications, which is classified, so I have to imagine what the room looks like that he works in! ha

Hello hope all is well. How is everything going with your son? I am sorry I haven't kept in touch as much as I should have. I have been busy but that not an excuse. Hi Erin, Well everything is going ok for Brittany but the running and she has to get it this time or she's not gonna graduate. She ONLY missed it by 15 seconds!!! I am so glad to hear your son is doing well..wow! a week ahead of the others? That is so neat! Brittany got a ribbon for firearms so that was good and she is also the Port Watch leader in her division! She has a lot of paperwork to do and a whole bunch of girls to make sure they get to their appointments and whatever else they need. I am very proud of her. She said she would never take the Yeoman job..said it would make an 18 yr old have a stroke! And she's 23!!! lol I have tons to do next week with doc appts.and dog vet appts. I will be so busy but that could be a good thing. I think I'm addicted to this crazy forum, too! LIke everyone else! I wonder what the weather will be like at GL. I bought a dress to wear but a lot of ladies are talking dress slacks. Maybe take both?

Hello I am sorry it has taken me so long to accept being your friend. As you possibly know, I went to visit Joe a couple of weeks ago for the weekend and then I was so busy with work. I think I am almost caught up!!
I hope all is well with you and yours. Joseph go his orders.....He's going to Korea. Not really sure how I feel about that. I guess I am more nervous than anything. A lot of his friends got Hawaii but a couple got places I have never heard of. I guess its where God wants him to be.
