Hi My Son is also stationed in San Diego, Point Loma. He is on an attack sub that has been deployed since June. It really sucks not being able to talk to him. We only had 3 call since june and a couple of emails. He will hopefully be home for Christmas.

Yes- we are going I wouldnt miss it for anything. Although I have to ride in a care for 15 hours and share a hotel room with his father whom I have been seperated since Coty was 1 yrs old. But, it will save us both money and make it possible for us both to go

Hello & Welcome to N4M’s!
My name is Catherine the Admin and I want to thank you for joining us! To help you know the “Do’s and Don’ts” for the community- I wrote up a quick little ditty for you to read. So click here and read them (pretty please with a cherry on top because the rules are enforced)! If you have any questions, comments, or concerns afterwards- please don’t hesitate to contact me.
So, enjoy your time here and I'm looking forward (along with the community) to reading more about you. :D
Sincerely, Catherine

Welcome aboard!!

We are so glad that you are here! This is a great place to meet others that know exactly how you feel!
We have something for everyone here groups from boot camp moms to overseas moms and moms that like to scrap book. We have meet and greets to events that the moms set up to meet each other and have dinner or an outing. There are groups to help you with each and every step of this wonderful adventure that our children have chosen called the US Navy.

Please tell us about your sailor and what they have chosen to do in the navy and ohh yeah we LOVE pictures of everyone !!

Please let me know if you have any questions I can help you with.

Profile Information

About me:
I am a MOM! My son is 19 (soon to be 20) and my daughter is 16. I am happily married. We live a very busy life....work, gym, and 2 dogs and now 2 kittens!!! I used to believe that when the kids started to grow up and leave home that life would calm down....wrong!
I am so proud of my son. He graduated high school and left for basic one month later. And it seems to be fast paced for him. He's now been in 1 year. As I sit and read all the Mom's talking about PIR I just want to cry - that was such a bitter sweet moment in life for me.
I am here to support or represent my:
Reece
Stage of (Sailor’s) Navy Career?
Enlisted
When I heard “Navy,” I:
Was proud, Encouraged him/her
From my experience with the Navy, the most important thing I learned was:
Have patience with him and to remember that he's now a adult....that's the hardest part!
Through this Navy experience, I now believe:
This was a maturing experience, The Navy has a lot to offer, This was the best decision he/she could have made
My crazy 2 kids. Reece surprised me on Mother's Day and came home for a few days. This was the trip to the airport.
