- I'm married and an empty nester. I have two sons in the Navy. One son is a nuke and the other is with a fighter squadron. I spend time with the grandchildren of the son who is a nuke on a submarine and get to see our youngest son with the fighter squadron when he has time.

- To be supportive, tell my sons how very proud I am of them and email as often as I can when they are on deployment.

- This was a maturing experience, The Navy has a lot to offer, This was the best decision he/she could have made
