When I heard “Navy,” I:
Was proud and encouraged it
From my experience with the Navy, the most important thing I learned was:
1. To support him in a positive manner ALWAYS
2. to breathe in.... breathe out.
3. Lack of communication will not kill me, just help support the hair color industry.
Through this Navy experience, I now believe:
It was positive and maturing. Our relationship has grown stronger.

If that's true, they should be starting power school sooner than expected. I sure hope that he gets to come home no later than September. Did he mention an earlier power school start date in his call?

I will email you Monday. With details ans hopefully have photos downloaded. If anything, there is a possibility that it will be moved up. Matt casually mentioned it so I am pretty sure that he doesn't know for sure,

We will definately get pictures. This was kind of a last minute decision to go, but since we are only 4.5 hours away and his grandmother is going to be able to go this time (she missed the graduation from boot camp), we decided to go. We are leaving after I get home this afternoon at around 4:00, we'll get to GC at 8:30 or so and get up very early for the graduation. Spend a few hours wiht Matt and head back home. I'll let Adam know you send your love. I am so proud of our sailors. This is not easy by any stretch. Is Adam an ET like Matt or an EM? By the way Matt said their leave may change. Have you heard anything?

Hi
We've also got Power School Grad on July 31st. We've stayed at Foster Creek Villas 3 times, but did not get our reservations in early enough for grad. It will be hard staying someplace without all the room, kitchen and laundry facilities! However, we don't plan to stay long--hope our newlyweds can come back with us so we can show them off. Sailor hopes to have 10 days "vacation" after grad. Our fingers are crossed.

Thanks Gina!! The link worked fine, and the Villas look great. The price is not bad either. I like the idea of being able to stay on base closer to where Justin is. We will be in GC on May 28th, and hopefully stay through the 31st

I don't know where I'm staying yet. Do you know anything about the Villas - particularly cost? Money will be extremely tight, so that is my main concern in planning to be there.
