Hi Ladies...just added the picture of Nikki and Grandpa....she looked so good and so nice to spend a couple of days with her! Now back to work and lots to do. So amazing to see that ship come in at Mayport!!

Yes, we did go to Florida.....Nancy, Cindy and me and that is all I know about, but there could have been more....look at Nancy's page she has lots of pictures on it already, back to work for me and I don't like it!

hi gwen,sorry i didnt have a chance to say goodbye,steven dragged me out of there asap.im so happy we had a chance to meet.i am going to go to jax again before the hs-3 goes no va.i told steven next time its to meet the girls.i went to the apple store yesterday to return the i pod i bought steven while he was away,and i slipped on glass in the mall ,i am now in a nice big cast.bright side-it happened yesterday and not last week!

He's in Norfolk. He was chosen by his squadron command to return early so that he could prepare the headquarters and the hangar bays for the return of the planes and crew. He sounds GREAT!!! I was so happy to hear that sweet voice, even though it was for a short time. He promised to call me today when he could actually think straight - said the 14-hour plane flight was exhausting!!!

hi gwen yes g is getting off in mayport,if the ship comes in that early,i will have to come up the night before.can you put me in touch with your friend who is doing homecoming?i have to be prepared! this has to be the most exciting day for me since i gave birth to him!lol!

Gwen, that is perfectly ok.....we will be leaving Georgia early also to bring my other son to Mayport for the Tiger Cruise. Then we are just going to head on up to Norfolk from there. Alot of driving time , but we may stop off somewhere for the night. I do hope to get to meet alot of you NavyMoms though at the homecoming the night before. But you be safe and give that Sailor a big hug for me too.
