Hello fellow Ombudsman! I seen your post on a group, but just wanted to stop into your page and say...Thank you! :)
I never knew or appreciated for all the years of being a part of the Navy as I have, the impact an Ombudsman can have and the sacrifice they make until I became a volunteer myself. Keep up the great work and remember the Ombudsman "motto" we received in training. ;)
All the best~

Im going to have to go look again because I am almost positive that the Carl Vinson doesnt have Ombudsmen yet ~ Not that I need one - I already get the monthly CV gazette and read everything I can plus the luxury of talking to my sailor.
I didnt know the Ombudsman was for the sailors too ? I thought it was just for the family's left behind :) We have no Ombudsman yet on my sons ship because it is dry docked (or at least that is why I think we dont have Ombudsmen yet)
I usually never look at peoples pages !! But I came to see yours ~
You are an Ombudsman ? Holy smokes is that fun ?
I have never personally had an Ombudsmen (son never deployed) BUT I know people who have ~ and man they really are awesome at keeping the family informed, and very kind !!
So do you like it ?
