Both Kirsten and I received a call from John today!!! Less than 10 hours to go. I'm looking forward to meeting all of you at the meet and greet. I just wish I would have found this site sooner so I could know you all better!
I am John's ESM (evil step mom:) and I can hardly wait... I tell everyone I meet.. I am so pround and I know DIV 197 will come through with flying colors!!!
I hope my shirts come before I leave next Tuesday!!! I will wear mine to the meet and greet!!!

Thanks for the friendly greetings!! I called in my shirt order today and was also told the shirts would be here before I left on the 19th! I have not heard yet where John will be stationed.

We are so glad that you are here! This is a great place to meet others that know exactly how you feel!
We have something for everyone here groups from boot camp moms to overseas moms and moms that like to scrap book. We have meet and greets to events that the moms set up to meet each other and have dinner or an outing. There are groups to help you with each and every step of this wonderful adventure that our children have chosen called the US Navy.
Please tell us about your sailor and what they have chosen to do in the navy and ohh yeah we LOVE pictures of everyone !!
