Also, wanted to let you know that I am a TEXAS REALTOR, just in case you know of anyone who might need to buy or sell a house in this D/FW area of Texas (or if you know anyone who might need to sell a house!).
THANKS!
Shoot me a message sometime at ftwerthgal@aol.com and put "navy mom in Dallas" in the subject line, OK?
My Navy boy goes "overseas" on a mission the day after Thanksgiving but fortunately he's not going to Iraq or Afghanistan (I thank God for that).
Hope to hear from you soon! Take care!

We're doing alright. The kids have PT today with their Recruiters. I love the fact that they're doing that BEFORE they actually go in, so that the kids are ready for BC when they go in. Matthew (my hubby) says that if they'd done that for him before he went into the Army, he'd have likely done a lot better at the beginning of his training. BTW, he graduated from Turner in 1983.
The days are getting shorter...at least, that's how I feel. It's an odd combination of feelings: Proud and Nervous at the same time.
Thank you for staying in touch!!!
I will send the things out Monday for you. U dont have to send any money. I always take extra of everything. I am also going to send some pictures of the boat we took. I will leave out the ones with us in them except one showing their sleeping quarters. That one my son is in.
Talk to you soon.
