About me:
I am the mother of twin daughters, who both joined the navy! Who would have ever thought? 9 days after my husband Daryl's funeral, Lindsey left for boot camp, and under those circumstances did it! Lauren left on Dec 17th, before Christmas! And she missed her sister being home for Christmas! They are so strong! I couldn't be prouder! Cant wait for the 2nd boot camp graduation!
I am here to support or represent my:
Lindsey, Lauren
Stage of (Sailor’s) Navy Career?
Enlisted
When I heard “Navy,” I:
Was concerned or afraid
From my experience with the Navy, the most important thing I learned was:
How strong and brave my daughters are!
Through this Navy experience, I now believe:
Our relationship has grown stronger

Thankyou for sharing your family with me. I am saddened by the loss of your husband and glad the girls are going on with their lives. It is so hard for them to do so and knowing you are at home with the "fort". I will keep you and your family in my prayers and may God give you the peace that passes all our understanding. Let your sailors know we honor them and their service and may they also have success.

Welcome to Navy 4 Moms, this is an exciting website and very informative... We would like to invite you to the Blue Candle Lighting event that occurs in your home anytime you wish to light a candle for your recruit sailor or the military in general. This is done to honor their service during the holidays, birthdays, special events or if you just want to. The Home for the Holidays/Blue Candle Moms also ask you join us in this group. This event and group has no special connections to "any one group" We are all Navy Moms, Wives, and we became Blue Candle Moms.... this included everyone on this website. Please come join us and share your stories and your lightings and your holidays with your child...this was done because some moms were not having their sailors home, and we are support group that can share feelings and fears. Annouce your child is coming home or the despair of knowing on certain holidays it is your sailor we light the candles for. To honor them for the service in the past present and future. To honor those that gave the Ultimate Sacrifice for our freedom. We celebrate the freedom to be Blue Candle Moms and the freedom to light our candles anytime we choose. Please think about our group and the Event and when responding tell where you lit your candle, and the reasons for your paticular lighting. the event will continue and once you rsvp come in anytime and update your lightings

There are groups to help you with each and every step of this wonderful adventure that our children have chosen called the US Navy.

Please tell us about your sailor and what they have chosen to do in the navy and ohh yeah we LOVE pictures of everyone !!
