Jaqie,
I did see you and your adoreable baby at PIR, but it was already underway, so I didn't jump up to introduce myself. I hope everything was as special as you had wished!. I bet Chris was extatic to see you both. I'm also sure you went through a ton of kleenex:o) Did you have to fly back right away or did you get to stay in Chicago and rest for a day? Well, I b etter get back to work....congratulations and blessings for Chris, you and your beautiful child!!!!!

I can't believe what a long trip you had!!!! I bet you're so glad it's over and excited to see Chris. What an emotional greeting it will be!
Yes, we are really looking forward to seeing Eric (that seems to be a popular name) Since he wasn't here for x-mas we brought a tree and presents and I'll make a turkey dinner:o) It won't compare to your special gift!
Have a great evening and get some rest! (if you can)

Wonderful news-that Chris is graduating. Justin did say there was about 15 guys from their division that failed the swimming and physical tests that couldn't do battlestations. I'm glad to hear that they don't hold them back from graduating for that. Also happy for you all that you're now in the states.

I'm sure all is well. Justin, as well as, Nick (Joannes son) said that all in div 81 passed. If he made it thru his week last week with no problems with swimming and physical fitness then he would've gone to battlestations. Please let us know the minute you know-since a couple of us are curios just put it on the passed battleships page for all to be happy for you. Blessings..........

Hi Jaqie!

I was just checking to see if you were planning on coming to the meet and greet at Flanagan's on Thursday night. All the info is on this web site - just click on events. Please bring any family or friends you would like - we would all love to see that adorable baby!

Congrats on the baby! One day you'll be able to look back on this, like my husband and I, 24 yrs later and 3 kids. I sure hope you have family and friends close for yourself. When Mike and I were first married we were about 3 months while we got set up in another state. That was hard but we made it.

Yes I've heard from other navy moms as well as from our son himself that the grad and go can be delayed. On the flip side of that one of the moms told me her son was grad and go and he was held up in GL for a week or two. It would be better for us if we could spend time up north so that we could take Justin and also go see my husbands sister and family (Justin would like to see his cousins-they're only 1 hour away). That must be your baby. I didn't see the picture before. How old is your baby?
