My brother left for Great Lakes Oct 29th. We never received a call when he got there. We did get a call around week 3. The next call we get will probably be the "I'm a Sailor" call next week. From all I've read, you never really know what to expect.

Maria, I'm Andrew aunt, Susan. Thank you so much for "adopting" him on THanksgiving. It meant a lot to him and his family that he got to have a day out. I will not be able to go to graduation, but his mom, step dad and his daughter will be there.

I just received "the letter" today. Danny is in DIV 903, Ship 06. His PIR date is 12/4. I think it's a good thing that they are in this division. From what little I've found out so far, it is an advanced & select group. Very proud!

We are so glad that you are here! This is a great place to meet others that know exactly how you feel!
We have something for everyone here groups from boot camp moms to overseas moms and moms that like to scrap book. We have meet and greets to events that the moms set up to meet each other and have dinner or an outing. There are groups to help you with each and every step of this wonderful adventure that our children have chosen called the US Navy.

Please tell us about your sailor and what they have chosen to do in the navy and ohh yeah we LOVE pictures of everyone !!
