Nora-amy. My son called this afternoon, they are in Guam still. He didn't say anything about deployment dates, and ofcourse he can't. I had thought they would be out before Thanksgiving, but it didn't happen.
I haven't heard from my son in 2 months do ya know if the USS BUFFALO is on deployment??????

Hi Sharon, My son is also on the Buffalo as a mechanics mate. He arrived in Guam in September, so we don't know when his visit home will be. Sure is tough. My daughter and I went to Williamsburg for Thanksgiving just to make it different.

Sorry I have been without internet service for a couple of weeks (hazzard of living in the country, lol). I don't really know many in Haleyville yet. We just moved there in Nov from Hueytown AL. My husband has a lot of family there though and I am sure they know her.

- Hi Jenny, I meant to ask you since you mentioned about phone minutes: do you use Skype at all? It's a program that allows you to call computer to computer for free. It would certainly come in handy for those long, long, long distance phone calls to and from Guam.

- Hi Jenny, Yes they came back again because something else broke. I woke up on Monday morning and found a missed call message from Ryan. I called back and was surprised to hear his voice. I think they should be back out by now.
