There are so many great graphics out there that I thought it'd be fun to have a central area to share. Lets keep this as military graphics however.

Jod... there is a sailor who is stationed at Whidbey Island that was in an accident on Saturday afternoon. He is hospitalized in Seattle. His parents are with him now.. He has had two surgeries this week and despite all the wonderful things medicine can do, he will be paralyzed from the waist down. His parents have ok'd that we share this with the navy moms.

He is facing many challenges and changes to his life and lifestyle. Along with months of rehab to relearn how to move and care for himself.

We are calling all moms to reach out to this young man and let's show him some Navy Mom love! If you private message me I can share the web site so you can send an email greeting thru the guestbook. He is at Harborview....

Thanks all! May you have a wonderful 4th!

Hi & welcome to Navy for Mom's:)) You will find a lot of answers, support and encouragement here. My daughter, Ashley, has been in the Navy since July 2007 and is an IT. What will your son/daughter be doing with the Navy? If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. I'm glad you joined and look forward to hearing more about you & your recruit. Pat
