Just got back from Power graduation..It was very nice ! Loved Chief Baily's speech! We met him after wards, and had pics taken w/ him. CONGRATS TO ALL THE GRADUATES ! A JOB WELL DONE !!

Hi all, new to the group today. My oldest son is a Nuke currently serving on the Lincoln. He will be heading to SC soon to teach at Prototype. We are so proud and he will be happy to be off the ship.

About me:
I am a single mom (widow)that has 3 Nukes, one is on a sub based in Groton, two in school in SC I also have a teen age girl still at home. I am very very proud of all 3 of my nukes I have 3 childern by birth one by choice and I love each of them

Update 8/09
WOW been long time since I have updated my profile.
I have one son on the USS Memphis (sub in Connetcut)
One son newly assigned to the USS Kentucky (sub in Washington State)
Last son in power school soon to grad and go to Proto type (in SC)
and My daughter is a senior in HS still at home.

I now have a bautful daugter in law who is now in WA with my son, they had a beautiful wedding in August (Welcome to the family MC!!)

Holiday Thanks

A tradtion that we have in our house before we eat thanksgiving dinner is that we go around the table and share what we are thankful for.

Soldier's Parents, Package Business Organize Effort

SALEM, N.H. -- The parents of a soldier who survived an ambush in Afghanistan last month have organized a campaign to ship supplies to his unit.

New Hampshire "Operation Helping Hand"

Program Donates Heating Oil For Military Families
Thousands Of Gallons Of Oil Donated By Dealers

CONCORD, N.H. -- The Oil Heat Council of New Hampshire is continuing its program to help military families when their spouse is deployed overseas.

"Operation Helping Hand" works in conjunction with the New Hampshire National Guard.
