Hi Karen! Nice to meet another FL Mom! My hubby & I pass thru your city on and back from Daytona when we get a chance to escape the rat race of Ft. Lauderdale. It says your son is leaving in Dec? Was that last year? Or this year? Love the wedding photo! My son is in San Diego as a cook and seems to be loving it. Have a great weekend!

The photos were great. Everything looked so nice. They look so happy. I am glad to hear that they were able to get a nice size house up there. It seems like things are off to a good start.

We just got back from camping and Katie came down to visit. It was nice. Too short. She looked so good. She is excited to start her schooling and move on to her first location. She said we should know where she will be by the end of June. We will see.

I know you are busy with wedding stuff. I hope all is going well. I know you were thrilled to have Bob home for Mother's day. I hope it was wonderful. Just got word that Katie will start school on 6/1, a week earlier than planned. She is ready for it. I will say a prayer for y'all this weekend. Post some pictures when you can.

Hi! Yes, okay, thanks for asking. Just busy. I'm swamped at work and my daughter has kept me busy lately. Its her 18th birthday tomorrow and we have run around with her party and getting her prom stuff. I go to Charleston this weekend to see Zach, I had an interview down there and got kind of a "call before the call" from the guy who makes the selection. Seems like if I pop onto the computer at all, its facebook and email, then I'm off. Good to hear from you! I'll try to do better! May is almost here, you will see Bob soon, huh?

I am talking to Katie, she said she is related to Pierre the guy who invented the bike. She is doing ok. Ready to get her classes started and move on.

Things here are good. Just keeping busy I am taking a couple of adult ed classes. They are keeping me busy. I only have a couple more for the one class after tomorrow. The other I have 6 more weeks. I am also keeping busy getting the youngest registered for high school. We are trying for a college program in high school. I think I am going to learn alot.

I think floating some lights in the pool would be very pretty. We used white christmas lights when we got married and it looked really nice. How soon is the wedding again?

I am not sure. I remember Katie metioning his name. I am divorced from her father. I will check with her though. She knows more on that side than I do. How are the wedding plans going? I hope well.

Hi Karen. Yes. I am so proud. He will go back to Mississippi but instead of Meridian he will be stationed at Pascagoula, Mississippi. He will then be shipped out in July. We plan to visit him in May.
