Thanks for compliment on my site. Most people like it a lot. Some hate it-says it takes a long time to load-I enjoy coming to it. Can't wait to see how you decorate. I am so into a "decors" (smile).

Thanks for sharing. You are so sweet. I wish the very best for your son in all that he does in the Navy. Tell your husband also, thanks for serving. My husband was Army-8 years. He was kind of sad when my son went to the Navy Military Academy-yet he could have chosen any branch he wanted-but stuck with the navy. As far as I know, he is the only one in my family of a million(I lie to you not) to enter the navy. Jerronne is training to be a Cryptologist Technician (decoder) high security-so we will never know what he does-top secret. We had the FBI here and all which was scarey in it self. I also was not happy with him leaving to join the navy and thought he should go to college. I am proud and wish them all the best. All I can do is pray for all of them on a daily basis, and ask the Lord to Keep them Safe and Provided for at all times. I hope you keep in touch, and if you like to chat, come join our group- we are chatterboxes-we talk about eveything-it is all about supporting one another. I hope you have a great evening and ttyl.

Profile Information

About me:
I am a mother of two young men that I'm equally proud of. My younger son just joined the Navy in June of 2009 and graduated from Boot Camp at the Great Lakes Naval Base on August 14, 2009. We were able to attend and wouldn't have missed it for any thing! GO DIV 280!!! It's wonderful to see him excited about the choice he's made. He seems to be adjusting well...
In addition to the two children, I also have two granddaughters and two more grandchildren on the way. Our little family is blooming and blossoming each day.
I work in Alternative Care for a Chiropractor in our Community. We focus on Supplements and Nutrition issues. I enjoy this type of work, knowing our intentions are good and wholesome. In my spare time, I enjoy painting ceramics and spending time out on the Lake whenever possible. I enjoy canoeing with my husband and long walks too. I enjoy swimming and taking in the summers. I also like to take hikes and see beauty unfold in front of my eyes, like hummingbirds sucking the nectar from a flower, the birds singing (no sirens or loudness around) the bees doing the same and looking at the sky in amazement of how the creator designed such beauty.
I love my husband and my family and do not ever want to see it threatened in any way again.

When I heard “Navy,” I:
Was proud and encouraged it
From my experience with the Navy, the most important thing I learned was:
Each Active duty young man or woman is willing to work with you with-in reason to answer your questions. I learned that taking pride in oneself is of the up-most important parts of the Navy. It's interesting to see that they are able to direct themselves into the carrier path they choose...
Through this Navy experience, I now believe:
It was positive and maturing. Our relationship has grown stronger.
