I am married and live in Long Beach, California. I have two wonderful sons, Miles age 18 and Roscoe age 2. I am Logistics Manager for Safeway.com. I love to spend time with my family and friends.

ok, sorry...this is really long, i didn't quite know how to forward the information so i just did a copy/paste. ....there is also information on the 10/31 PIR Group. there is this discussion and another discussion on attendees. i wish Tyler's Dad could join us but we have another son, Ethan who is a senior and it's parent night/senior night at his Football game. Both pretty important in their lives, so Grandma gets to go with me. ;-)


going to start planning the meet and greet, could we have some estimated times that you all are comming in and who would be interested in comming to one? That way we can plan on the best time :) open to all ideas!

we will not be using the downstairs private room as we are a small group.
but that is okay, there are three parts to the restaurant and we will have an area to ourselves :)
7:30 pm untill when ever. This takes care of the early birds that need to get their rest for the next morning, but late enough that even those comming in later, some people will still be hanging out. I have been to many meet and greets, and can tell you the chit chat lasts for a long time :)

I am comming in Wednesday, to do some other stuff, anyone who would like to exchange cell numbers can reach me at dave_and_shell@hotmail.com. Make sure if you have a different screen name, that you tell me who you are :)

One mom is making name tags, so if you would tell me your name of the site parent who are going to be there, that would be great. And if you are comfortable telling me how many others are comming with, that would be great to!

Hi Kathleen, Have you started the countdown yet? There are days I think I can make it to graduation and days that I think it's an eternity. Are you planning on going to the meet and greet? I'm going to try and get there, but my flight doesn't get in until 5:45 or so on Thursday night. Have you heard from Miles lately? I heard from Tyler on the 11th but no letters this past week. He said they were all doing great getting flags, etc. Hope this finds all well. Take care. Staci

That is perfect timing with Mile's birthday!!! That is great!!!
I felt bad , Kim hasn't received our birthday cards, and I mailed them two weeks early. Her birthday was Sept 29. We did call her to wish her happy birthday.
I just can't wait until she gets her orders where she'll be stationed, then she can come home for a visit.
I hope you stay in touch, I enjoy sharing handy tidbit information on graduation.

So Miles graduates on halloween. Good day to remember it by!! HAHA!!

I do hightly recommend that you join two groups, One if the group with the same Div and Ship as Miles' Div and Ship.
The other is the group with the same PIR date. That's the graduation date.

The moms in those groups are all going through what your expericing.

SO Miles just had a birthdya, how old is he now?

My daughter Kim had her birthday on Sept 29. I feel bad she hasn't recieved our birthday cards and I mailed them two weeks early. Kim turned 20.

When does Miles graduate?
I do have have some hady information, I enjoy sharing.
Do you have your room reserved yet?
My daughter Kim finishes A School next Friday, all we know is that she will be put on HOLD, until they find a place for her. Nothing said about coming home for a visit yet! UGH!!
I hope you do keep in touch, let me know when graduation is.
