So good to hear from you. I know, I'm the same way, once you hear something you don't like, you don't hear anything else !! HA HA !
I have no doubt that Kim will wind up on a ship, she'll love that. She's a water person. I just feel bad, she was kept in Chicago, she can't swim. Originally she was suppose to go the Virginia, the Sailors there are swimming.
I just hope she doesn't jump over board for a swim !!! HA HA!!
We live two blocks from the beach, all three of my kids live in the water. I'm the opposite, I am not a beach person. If I do go swimmimfg, and that's a big "IF", I am a pool person.
When we went to Kim's graduation, we stayed in the
Ramanda Inn, they had a nice indoor pool. I did swim twice. I don't really swim, I kind of bop around in the water...HA HA!!
The second time I went in, my older daughter was with me, and this was through a thunder storm. The whole place lit up !!
I'll let you get going.
You take care and God bless.
Barbara
Well, a congratulations on Arthur's graduation. !! You said that he volunteered to go to Iraq? God bless him. Thank God, I have heard that it's been good over there.
Whenever my daughter Kim finishes School, I have no idea where they plan to send her from there. I am assuming that she'll be placed on a ship, she's learning to read the radar.
I do feel much better that she is in the Navy. If she choose Army, I would be more nervous.
Please keep in touch.
Take care and God bless.
Barbara
Welcome to N4M’s!
My name is Catherine the Admin and I want to thank you for joining us! To help you know the “Do’s and Don’ts” for the community- I wrote up a quick little ditty for you to read. So click here and read them (pretty please with a cherry on top because the rules are enforced)! If you have any questions, comments, or concerns afterwards- please don’t hesitate to contact me.
So, enjoy your time here and I'm looking forward (along with the community) to reading more about you. :D
Sincerely, Catherine

How are you today? Thank you for writting.
I have been hearing lately about the corpsman. How does that work, what I mean, will Arthur be in Boot Camp first, or did he graduate yet?
I'm still learning as I am going along. So far, I'm up to A School. My daughter Kim graduated two months ago.
Her class was informed that when they're finished, 27 names will be picked at random and flown to Iraq. From what I have been hearing from three moms and one Navy wife, whose children and husband are there, it's not as bad as people think. Thank God for that !!!
Anyway, I'll let you get going. Please stay in touch.
Take care and God bless.
Barbara
