Pins and Needles

Today is Saturday, February 7th, 2009. I have not received a letter from Nick this week. I am sure that he and the recruits are being kept very busy as they proceed through phase 3 of boot camp. I have been watching the discussion boards by the other Navy Moms and am excited to read that some are getting calls from their new sailors as they pass Battlestations. Hi Kit! I'm so sorry I didn't see your reply 2 days ago! I'm so excited there is another mom in the same ship/div as my son! My son's name is Shane and he seems to be doing very well according to his letters but I have not heard from him by phone yet. How long have you been on N4M's? This site and moms are wonderful, I don't think I could have made it this far without them! Michelle and Pamela are the only others I've seen.

We are so glad that you are here! This is a great place to meet others that know exactly how you feel!
We have something for everyone here groups from boot camp moms to overseas moms and moms that like to scrap book. We have meet and greets to events that the moms set up to meet each other and have dinner or an outing. There are groups to help you with each and every step of this wonderful adventure that our children have chosen called the US Navy.

Please tell us about your sailor and what they have chosen to do in the navy and ohh yeah we LOVE pictures of everyone !!
