Melina - My hubby is an FC. Yeah, I am so excited to move up there. I know most people don't get to move with their hubbys while they are in A School, so I am thankful for that!
Anyone who has a loved one attending Great Lakes, If anyone has any info on graduation,Breaks or anything thats going on there please let us know! Or for answers come chat a bit!
Hello! Just wanted to introduce myself.... I'm Krista! My hubbyis currently in A school in Great Lakes. He'll be there for about a year, so the kids and I are getting ready to move up there in the next few weeks!
They are at school and we are stuck at home!

- Hi I just saw in one of the discussions that ur hubby is an FC and you are in Great Lakes. My husband is cross rating to FC and he starts school April. 20th. But I don't know if they are going to let me move with or not. How long is FC school? Thanks!!!

Mary, Proud Mom of Nick said… - Navy life can be very exciting...I was a wife for 10 yrs., we lived overseas for a good part of that and our son was actually born in Japan...now that same son is an FC and hoping for orders to japan! We're here for ya!

- Hi Krista, welcome to AECF! I was a Navy wife for 10 years myself and my hubby was an FC, now our son is an FC as well. He left GL in january and is currently at the C school for Aegis systems. Please let me know what questions that you may have - the group is great and a wealth of info.

We are so glad that you are here! This is a great place to meet others that know exactly how you feel!
We have something for everyone here groups from boot camp moms to overseas moms and moms that like to scrap book. We have meet and greets to events that the moms set up to meet each other and have dinner or an outing. There are groups to help you with each and every step of this wonderful adventure that our children have chosen called the US Navy.
Please tell us about your sailor and what they have chosen to do in the navy and ohh yeah we LOVE pictures of everyone !!
