Ohhhh.....do i know how u feel!!!!!!! my son is an only child and i have been a single Mom his entire life. I had someone tell me yesterday that I was being ridiculous (because i cried for 2 days. he left on Monday) and that my son is JUST IN BOOTCA…
My son left on Monday for Illinios. He did call. I got his call at about 930pm. He called me from the plane at 730ish. He was fine and said "it was good". (im not doing so good tho).

- Krisit, I was thinking about you and wondering how you are doing? Its been about a week right? I am fighting to keep my eyes dry everyday and he hasnt left yet! Have yuo heard anything or gotten that "box"? I hope you are holding up. We raised them to be independant and strong and that is exactly what he is being. {{hug}}

We have something for everyone here groups from boot camp moms to overseas moms and moms that like to scrap book. We have meet and greets to events that the moms set up to meet each other and have dinner or an outing. There are groups to help you with each and every step of this wonderful adventure that our children have chosen called the US Navy.
Please tell us about your sailor and what they have chosen to do in the navy and ohh yeah we LOVE pictures of everyone !!
