Hi again,
Wow, I am amazed, because in your picture you look like you may be in your 20's. How old were you when you had your daughters, 10? Just kidding. I know better than that. I had my son when I was 20 and my daughter when I was 21. I was thinking about that just yesterday. When I look at 21 year olds now, I think man they sure are babies.
My two oldest are polar opposites also. My son was born laid back. He was very calm, still is, and he wouldn't cry. The Doctor and nurses must have thought he was feeling the affects of the meds they gave me because they wanted me to keep plucking his feet to make him cry. I remember thinking you want me to hurt my baby? After 9 months, and then 15 hours of labor you want me to make him cry? Yeah right! Lauren on the other hand came out with an opinion. I also have an 11 year old daughter that we adopted so I started over again when my youngest was 15 yrs old. she has been a rich blessing to our lives. That's a long story too so I won't get into it now.
I lost my weight with weight watchers. I riched my high end goal weight in January 2008. I maintained it pretty well until this past Thanksgiving/Christmas Holiday. I ended up gaining 10 back so I have just now gotten that back off. But I have set a new goal since my cholesterol is high. I have always said, at least since age 40, that getting older is not for the faint of heart.

Hi,
I also hope we can meet each others children but if even if we don't I will always feel connected to them. Everytime I see your daughter's beautiful smile I think of my oldest daughter, Lauren. She is a "tough cookie" too. She is married and has three beautiful kids. I kind of like her husband too! Just kidding, I love her husband Dwight.
I don't guess that we ever stop being concerned for our children no matter how old they get. I know our relationship has to change some but the love certainly doesn't. Lauren is so excited and proud of her brother. I was kind of surprised that she wanted to come to PIR. I don't know why, I guess because I know her hands are very full back home with the children and she also works full time. She told me that she told her work, "I am going to my brother's boot camp graduation." Said with an attitude of course. She is quite a pistol. She stands about 5'3 and is about 100 pounds. Tiny little thing but fierce too. I am 5'9 and weigh about 170ish. I say "ish" because I am dieting and exercising. I hope to be in the 160's by pir. So far, I have lost 50 pounds. Anyway, that is another story. The main point is that she didn't get my build but people tell me that she is alot like me. I think she is alot tougher than I am. I guess that isn't a bad thing.
You have two daughters? Any sons? Is the picture on your profile page your other daughter? The one with the blonde streak in her hair?

Hi Kristina,
I had to jump of the computer last night also. I am trying really hard not to let this consume me so I have been trying to keep myself in check. I think you know what I mean.
Anyway, I am so happy to read about your daughter. You know something that is really strange? Throughout this time of boot camp there have been a few days that I felt so down but I didn't know why. This past Monday was one of those days. Then I end up receiving a letter from him dated for that day and he seems down also. It is like we are connected emotionally somehow. You and I both know that it is the power of God. I don't know, maybe it is the Lord's way of telling me that I need to step up my prayers for him that day.
He must be having a great day today, so far, because I feel great today! (LOL).

Hey Kristina,

My son is in div 218. Pam's son is in div 930, I believe. She is the one who suggested that we all get together and invited us to RSVP with the 930 meet and greet. I don't think it will be crashing it, since we were formally invited. (smiles). Did you RSVP for it? I think that is the main thing so that Flannagan's knows how many to prepare for.

Most of our family is still e overseas and we have only visited once.
