- About me:
- I am a single mom w/ two children residing in Augusta, GA. My daughter recently joined the Navy and my son has two years left in high school. I work fulltime, also fill in parttime as needed and just enrolled in college taking night classes. I keep this change in our lives in prayer and I know GOD will take care of her. I miss her very much and constantly encourage her and let her know I am very proud of both her and her brother. I believe this new chapter in our lives will bring about new opportunities for us all. - From my experience with the Navy, the most important thing I learned was:
- I've never been in the military and never thought my children would decide this as a career. We are originally from New York and our choices back then were; which college or career would they choose once out of high school. We've lived in Augusta, GA for six years and I have no regrets with our decision. I am truly proud of my daughter decision and know in my heart she's going to excel in all she does. We just have to get through the beginning process by Letting Go and Letting GOD. Be blessed
