- About me:
- I live in Olney,Texas with my husband and my 15 year old daughter. Jeremy is my youngest son and has been in the navy since August 2007. I have an older son named John whom we are3 very busy planning a wedding for. He is to be married Jan. 10, 2009. I work at 2 convenience stores and go to college full time online. We have 1 horse, 1 cat, and 4 dogs, a chiuaua, a dachshound, and 2 great danes.

- Was concerned or afraid, Needed to learn more about it, Was proud, Encouraged him/her
- From my experience with the Navy, the most important thing I learned was:
- Not to let him know just how much I wish he was here but to let him know how proud of him I am and that I love him.
- Through this Navy experience, I now believe:
- Our relationship has grown stronger, This was a maturing experience, The Navy has a lot to offer, This was the best decision he/she could have made

We are so glad that you are here! This is a great place to meet others that know exactly how you feel!
We have something for everyone here groups from boot camp moms to overseas moms and moms that like to scrap book. We have meet and greets to events that the moms set up to meet each other and have dinner or an outing. There are groups to help you with each and every step of this wonderful adventure that our children have chosen called the US Navy.
Please tell us about your sailor and what they have chosen to do in the navy and ohh yeah we LOVE pictures of everyone !!

My sailor son, Derek, is a MA (Master at Arms) - He just returned from three months in Kuwait and on oil platforms in the Persian Gulf. He is now stationed in Virginia.
