Julie, would you believe I had to make more deviled eggs when I got home, my grandson pouted all afternoon because they were gone by the time he got there. It was great meeting the other moms and you. Will talk to you soon.

Leigh: Boy, those deviled eggs went in a flash!!! Glad I got to meet you yesterday...in spite of the crowd and confusion. It turned out to be a really wonderful picnic/potluck. So very glad you came.

Leigh: I haven't the foggiest how you would transport 200 deviled eggs!!! I'd hate to see the mess in the car if you tried. However many you make is fine....remember that every mom who comes will be bringing food...there will be plenty.

Can't wait for us all to meet each other....this will be a lot of fun! See you on the 4th.

Leigh: I'm so very glad you'll be attending the April 4th potluck / picnic. The recruiting office said they expect over 100 people.....but don't worry, not everyone eats everything. Deviled eggs are great. Just make however many you want.....certainly NOT 100....unless you have your own hens (Hee Hee!)

Leigh,
Thanks for the welcome. I read how strong all mothers are, whether they have sons or daughters in the Navy. Everyone states love, support, concern etc and that is how I feel too. Makes me feel "normal" and gives me hope everything will be ok. God plays a big part in all of this for all of us. Have you heard from Cara? I am happy to hear she will be home next month! My Brittany also said this is something she has wanted to do for several years now. God Bless and grant you Peace. Thanks again and I hope to hear from you soon.

If you go to the Events tab and look for March 7th you'll see the Arizona Potluck listed . . . Hiroma is hosting this and has her e-mail posted - just drop her a note and she'll make sure you get address and directions . . .
I won't know if I'm working that day until next week - but if I'm NOT I'll be there:)!
I'll add your daughter to my prayers:)!
